Property Careers - RenProp
The Renprop Residential Division offers a number of very exciting and challenging property career positions within the following departments:
A professional qualification will be required by the end of 2011 in order to be considered for a Property Sales position in terms of the new Estate Agency Affairs Act (1976), which requires that a "non-principal estate agent" acquires a Level 4 integrated test of knowledge in the Professional Designation Examination as defined by the South African Qualifications Authority Act (SAQA). However, Renprop would be willing to interview candidates with previous experience and who are willing to undergo a process of Recognition of Prior Learning (as stipulated in the National Qualifications Framework/NQF) and gain a Recognition of Prior Learning Certificate (RPLC).
Alternatively, for an individual who intends to become an Estate Agent, there is the opportunity for an internship and further hands-on training within Renprop until he or she has complied with the educational requirements stipulated in Regulation 4.
Renprop would also be happy to interview candidates with a property marketing/sales background, as well as those who are looking for a purely administrative position.
